Modern Design.

Personal Details.
I have a design eye that directly contributes to an increase in aesthetic pleasure, good feelings and home value. As an experienced interior designer with more than ten years of experience, I’ve developed a knack for creating designs and spaces that scream modern, sophisticated and fun. I’ve flipped more than 50 houses, and I understand the science behind selecting and making changes to increase resale value. I have designed for commercial and hospitality, in addition to designing for private homes.
Originally from a farm in Minnesota, I was raised to build and fix structures, as needed, for the family. For that reason, I have substantial experience in carpentry, wall treatments, baseboard molding, framing windows, tile work, flooring, wallpapering, painting and installing light fixtures. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and opened a Las Vegas interior design firm, Parlor 430, which opened in 2011.
In addition to the work I do with Parlor 430, I am the winner of the second season of Brother vs. Brother on HGTV. The show is a competition-based reality show, where two teams work to add the most value to their assigned home.
